Andrea Linsbauer

Since 2018 lecturer for accompaniment at the Institute for Music Conducting at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna (classes Günter Haumer and Helena Dearing). Andrea Linsbauer has been an accompanist at the master classes and courses for children and their parents at the Allegro Vivo Summer Academy.

Soloist and chamber musician. Performances at Semanas musicales de Frutillar (Chile), Wexford Festival, Erregal Festival (Ireland). Concerts at National Concert Hall Dublin, Glinka Kapela, St. Petersburg, National Opera Kiev, Teatro Carlo Felice Genova and Teatro Verdi, Padova, in Austria at Brucknerhaus Linz, Radiokulturhaus Vienna, Millstatt Festival. Guest at Austrian Cultural Forums in Oslo, Budapest, Bratislava and Berlin for several times. As well known performer of the work of Fritz Kreisler, chamber music partner of Ch. Altenburger, B. Schmid, E. Schagerl. Multiple scholarships of the Federal Ministry of Science and City of Vienna.

Andrea Linsbauer studied under N. Veljkovic in Vienna and T. Kerbl at the former Conservatory of Music in Linz. Musical impulses from T. Kreuzberger, W. Salio, R. Vignoles.
