General terms and conditions

General: Allegro Vivo chamber music festival, Allegro Vivo summer academy and the chamber orchstra Academia Allegro Vivo are part of the association Academia Allegro Vivo (ZVR 651043566).

The following general terms and conditions are concerning contents and rights of the allegro-vivo website, business relations of the association Academia Allegro Vivo, especially ticket sale and shop.

Responsible for the content: GF Mag. Nikolaus Straka, MAS Information provided on this website are checked and updated regularly by Allegro Vivo. Though, no responsibility is taken for completeness, actuality and accuracy.


The Association Academia Allegro Vivo owns the Copyright of Allegro Vivo website. Any kind of usage or application of all contents offered as well as the provided text documents, graphics and pictures are subject to approval of Allegro Vivo. Counteracting natural or juristic persons have to bear legal consequences in trademark, copyrights, competitive or other aspects.

Data privacy

Allegro Vivo meets all provisions of the Austrian Data Protection Act and commits oneself not pass over personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number etc. to a third party.

Ticket sale

Ticket sale starts with publication of the concert program in printed form mid-March.
Ticket orders are possible by internet, telephone, in written form or personally at the Allegro Vivo festival office in the Kunsthaus Horn as well as at the Niederöstereichisches Landesreisebüro, A-1010 Wien, Am Hof 5.

Your online order will be confirmed or you will be informed if the category or concert required isn’t available anymore.
Your tickets will be sent by cash on delivery (handling and postal fee € 5,-, € 10,- abroad) or you may collect the tickets personally at the festival office in the Kunsthaus Horn or at the evening box office. Ticket orders in written form End-March until 1 week before the concert.

Following the Payment your tickets will be sent to you (handling and postal fee € 5,-, € 10,- abroad) or you may collect the tickets personally at the festival office in the Kunsthaus Horn or at the evening box office.

Personal collection at the Allegro Vivo festival office in the Kunsthaus Horn, Wiener Straße 2, 3580 Horn, Mo. – Th. 9 am to 2 pm (during the festival Monday – Sunday and on public holiday 9 am to 4 pm or at the particular venues (eg. Klosterladen Stift Altenburg, municipal offices,…) 2 Months before the concert.

Family discount: € 5 for children between 6 and 15 years accompanied by an adult, free tickets for children under 6 years.
Course participants: € 5,-per ticket in general for participants, parents and accompanying persons of the childrens course
Pupils from the age of 15, apprentices, students, recruits and national service personal: € 10,- per ticket in general

You may choose 5 concerts in category 1 (final concert: category 2) optional opening or gala concert General information

Wheel chair spaces

Wheel chair spaces are available at numerous concerts (for technical reasons some concerts are excepted).

Evening box office

Evening box office is opened one hour before beginning of the concert

Tickets and goods ordered at Allegro Vivo remain our property until full payment of all outstanding debts.

Summer Academy

Registration fee of € 100,- 

For ensembles (e.g. string quartets) and families the registration fee is charged only once.

After payment of the registration fee and confirmation of the Professor confirmation of the course and information about arrival and accommodation will be sent to you.

In case of your cancellation we regret registration fee couldn’t be refunded.

The course fee has to be paid by July 8th, 2018.

All prices include taxes (10% tax on course fee, registration fee, shuttle service, additional offers, accommodation)

General information

  • We recommend to all participants to effect a personal travel  and health insurance.
  • In case of your cancellation by August 1st 50%, after August 1st 100%  of the course fee will be charged.
  • Minor participants are subject to the rules of the Children  and Youth Protection Act of Austria.

Cancellation insurance p.p.  € 15,-

For families the fee will be charged only twice, maximal € 30,-.

Family reduction on request.

Allegro Vivo can’t take liability for the safety of Summer Academy participants.
