Is a true polymath- she studied piano with M. Heeger and acting with L. Braxton, in addition to taking degrees in English and Philosophy. She has since combined her musical and literary talents, and currently specialises in creating “scenic piano

recitals”. She presented her latest work, the love story of R. and C. Schumann, at the Oxford and Boston Piano Festival in 2011, “The Forgotten Vienna” with O. Mandozzi, in Vienna and the USA. As a teacher she is renowned for applying the

famous acting methods of Stanislawski to piano playing. Director of a Viennese music school, gives international master classes, lecturer at European and American universities. Publications about pedagogy, own poetry. Radio-, TV- and CD-recordings. Regularly serves as a juror for international music competitions. With the conductor A. Eschwe she forms the Viennese Piano Duo.
